Technical Mishaps:

This includes technical issues like software issues, internet connectivity and server issues. Raj.im maintains state of the art technology in order to provide hassle free services to the users. Sometimes, users might experience some technical disruptions while accessing the website. If at all the portal misbehaves due to external factors like adverse weather conditions the company will not be held responsible for any missed sessions and weak internet connectivity. If any sessions are missed due to any unforeseen conditions, the company will provide extra sessions only as per the availability of trainers.

Pricing:

The prices and the plans provided by Raj.im are fixed according to the services provided. Users are not permitted to customize the services among the plans unless our approval.

Payments:

You obey to pay the fee for the courses that you purchase, and you allow us to charge your credit or debit card or proceed with the other modes of payment (such phonepay, Google Pay, netbanking, paytm) for those fees. Raj.im works with the third party payment processing partners in order to provide you with the most convenient payment methods and to keep information secure. If your payment method crashes and you still get access to use our services, you agree to pay us the prescribed amount within the prescribed mentioned time in the notification you receive from us. We reserve the right to terminate your services for which we have not received the payment.

Course Expiry:

We provide test preparation for Digital Marketing in flexible study plans. These study plans are different from each other in terms of number of services (video lectures, full length tests, practice tests, module wise tests, number of classes or sessions, additional help sessions), price and time period.

As we have already mentioned the time period of every pack in the pricing menu, you agree with the expiry agreements and abide with the course termination policy after the course tenure.

We reserve the right to terminate the services once it is out of tenure.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions: Raj.im retains the right to make amendments in its terms and conditions. By availing any service listed on our website, you hereby agree to all terms and conditions made by the company. You hereby agree not to dispute these terms under any circumstances. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hyderabad Courts only.

The terms of the website shall be governed by and established in accordance with Indian law. All disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India only.
